20 years ago this event was the 4 minute barrier in cycling, now it's at 3:44 . The mile running world record took almost 46 years to go from 4:00 to 3:43 . It's crazy how much better cycling has got in the last few years in terms of time trial and aerodynamics

You know someone has been giving his all, when you almost pass out after. Frederik passes out a lot of times and the rest of the team is just so used to it, that they just catch him and then they keep on celebrating the win :P And Frederik doesn't care. He says it doesn't matter when you have a team there to catch you.
