EASY CHICKEN ALFREDO PENNE PASTA RECIPE

CHICKEN ALFREDO PENNE PASTA (1 SERVING)
- 70 gr Penne pasta (Cook according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 gr chicken
- 100ml whole milk & 50ml heavy cream (You can just use all milk if you don't have heavy cream)
- Season with salt, garlic powder, black pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish

This is a chopped for me. That chicken wasn’t even seasoned. I will say this is probably perfect for kids tho. Still a thumbs up.

Does it have to be parm.or you can try other cheeses as well or is it specific 8n this recipe thanks
