We, who are HIV positive, our own mistakes that led to this condition. We are survivors, yet every moment feels like a battle, and sometimes the thought of ending it all crosses our minds. Living with this disease is incredibly difficult, both socially and physically.
It has become increasingly evident that HIV has turned into a massive business for over four decades. This business must be stopped. We can no longer allow our lives to be exploited. Big pharmaceutical companies, corrupt political leaders, and unethical scientists have been perpetuating this dirty business for far too long.
We do not want ART medicines or long-term injections that merely manage the disease year after year. We demand a cure. A life free from HIV is our right.
Let us unite as responsible citizens and take to social media and the streets to protest against this exploitative business. Let us raise our voices and demand a true HIV cure vaccine.

Appeal to the World Health Organization:
We, the HIV-positive patients, are neglected in society and face immense social pressure on our families. We are now standing at the brink of death. Living with this disease in our bodies is extremely difficult. We do not want ART medication or similar long-term injections. It feels like we are trapped in the business interests of large pharmaceutical companies, medical scientists, and political leaders.
We can no longer bear the burden of this disease. Our future is being destroyed. We have made mistakes, but we want a new life. We demand a cure for HIV—a vaccine that will free us from this illness. Please grant us the chance to live a disease-free life.

For a healthy beggining in developed countries one would need to fire all the obstetricians because the only thing they do is do csections through threatening, coerction, and fear. Then when the mother cannot possibly think in another pregnancy after the trauma, the uterus has istmoceles making another birth dangerous and she has pain for the rest of her life due to adhesions, and blame all in her babies or her body because a doctor cannot possibly do wrong right? And when they confront the doctor, the doctor says "it was not that I overpower you, disrespect you, lie to you and go on doing a surgery unnecessary and with no benefit, it was just a misscomunication problem". Then we ask why the fertility has decrease or why there are woman having homebirths with no help and we say that the woman that die was crazy for avoiding the hospital and blame her instead realize that even in the richess country the healthcare of women is poor as hell. Because admit that it is way to unconfortable and undiplomatic for the public.
