S1 True Wireless Pairing and Troubleshooting

Facing issues with your S1 True Wireless? No worries. We're here to help!

All you need to do is
1. Disconnect and forget the pairing on your device

2. Press 3 secs to power down your earphones

3. Press 8 secs to reset them. The light will blink purple. This indicates that the earphones have been reset

4. Put the earbuds back into the charging case to get them back in sync

5. Take them out and pair them again!
* Do note that only the right side should be blinking blue. If not, restart the process again
* On your phone, it should also show that only one S1 device is ready to be paired

Thank you for this. Right out of the box they were de-sync’d from each other. Note to any who follow the instructions in this video and get frustrated if it doesn’t work immediately. Keep trying. For me it took about 5 or 6 tries to get the two sides to sync back up. Each of the times it failed both left and right blinked blue when removed from the charging case, even though only 1 “S1” showed up on my phone to pair. As he says, it won’t work if this is the case. Only the right can be blinking if they are to sync.

Hello! I own this and the left earbud seems to be “dead”. When I place the left earbud in the case, it will flicker red light. The right earbud works just fine. Any advice?

Hi what happens when this happens- before using, in the casing one side is lit red another doesn’t lit up. however, after putting them on only could detect the one that’s red lit and other can’t.

Hi, I just bought a pair of this recently and it works quite well on phone, but when it comes to pc or laptop there's always a problem of the having no sound for seconds or even minutes and it only happens to the left side. Is there any way to fix it or just this specific model doesn't work well with non-phone products?
