girl don't get discouraged by those comments like " huggne k bhi rules hain ab " are many people suffering from constipation and this video is very helpful for them .
people who doesn't have any stomach problems can make fun of this video but they should also understand that is very serious problem and we don't even know how such small bad habits like taking phone to washroom can destroy our health, time . THANK YOU for grabbing our attention on such habits.

Actually, Indian style is indeed better for health, but for people with knee pain it can be a living hell, and western washrooms will be a boon in that case. I am hardly 21 but still suffering from terrific knee pain since past few years due to vitamin-D deficiency, hence had to shift to western ones:(
