I’m 99% sure there was another mit hack involving pigeons. I forgot which teams were playing, but an mit student heard where the game was going to play. Every day, the student would go to the field and blow a whistle and throw some seeds out onto the field. He did this every day for a long time, and eventually the pigeons learned that the whistle meant food. On the day that the game was played, the referee blew the starting whistle and tons of pigeons flew down to the field. It delayed the match for a while.

Was MIT where the pigeon prank happened? Where that guy and his friends trained pigeons to associate referees with food so the first game tons of them flocked down

I don't know why but as a fellow MIT student.(I'm a freshmen) my seniors are planning a big mit hack... When i asked "What's the hack for?"
They said "It's traditional and it must be done to save our boredom."
I wasn't curious at all about the mit hack but now that i have watched this, i must unite with them.
