Rockstar must have gotten tired of his crying over orbital cannons. I personally haven't seen anyone use an orbital cannon since the month it came out but I'm not a horribly untalented youtuber who makes over 80 videos on a dlc that has less than 30 seconds of real facts revealed about it before release.
