1. If you have a Windows 10 cd/dvd or windows 10 ISO file, copy the sxs folder from the sources folder to drive D/E.
Or download the sxs folder from the link below :
2. Open CMD, Run as administrator...
Change /Source:E:\sxs to adjust the location of your sxs folder. Then Enter.
4. Wait until finish.
