I just bought my 1st arcade game. Defender 40th edition, but I'm getting the new Centipede and this Class of 81 cab next. Awesome man cave btw.

Class of '81 is my most played cab right now. The game lineup is great. Chasing the high scores against the leaderboards is really fun! Agreed, some of the leaderboard scores are insane.

I own this cabinet. I really don't think it can be improved between the games/settings/looks/wifi. It looks perfect in my kitchen and will never be replaced. It is definitely a 10/10

Nice cabinet. That's a pretty hefty price tag for sure. I just picked up the 10 in 1 40th anniversary ms pacman arcade at Walmart here in the US for $299. No riser included, but at that price it was still a no-brainer. I'm actually considering building a riser and staining it to match the woodgrain artwork on the panels.

I still have the Ms. Pacman, but if your going to upgrade....this is the one to do it to. It is almost flawless. Heck if you really wanted to keep that Ms. Pacman feel, you could always get hot pink tape and do the trim on that would be like having the best of both worlds.

Small request— would you be willing to make a short video of “rolling thunder”, on that vertical screen? Original game was horizontal and I’m curious of the difference.. love that game!!

I currently have 5 cabs and Class of 81' is one of my most wanted! Though I am hoping to get it for a lower price. The games list is great, but those games were a bit before my time so they don't have as strong a pull as the 90's arcade games.

Nice review. If I felt this strongly about a single cabinet, I would probably replace the marquee. That’s just my opinion though.

As soon as you said the marquee looks good I scream THANK YOU finnially somebody agrees thinks it looks good. BTW you replacing the mk cabnet for the online one I am very confused if I should or not. I'm probably going wait till black Friday for it myself.

It's good looking but i keep thinking how these pushed in marquee FINS pac cabs would look even 10x better if the screen was laid back/down and the marquee pushed up front all the way like the true og cabs.

It's unfortunate that Arcade1up hates it's core consumers. Maybe the casuals can be their bread and butter now.
