Sean McDermott is a Top 5 NFL head coach! This organization was a total and complete dumpster fire, when he arrived! What he has done with this team, to give us a chance every single season, cannot be over looked! Maybe he has flaws, yes, but his flaws have us competing for the division and making runs in the playoffs every. single. season!

Von was on the field almost the whole game against the jags, the game was over at half and still logged in hours after the game was sealed, yesterday he was a no show and Rousseau and Oliver were also silent ! Rousseau has been quiet for 3 straight games

You’ve been learning for 8 years Sean. Time to apply some of that learning to your defense in big games

Don’t burn the wagons, Mafia, circle them. Winning in this league is not a given, and it’s not something you just casually get handed.

Coach McDermott established a standard in Buffalo after nearly two decades of “here, there, somewhere, maybe”….don’t fall for “grass is greener over there”….

The Buffalo Bills organization has the characteristics of a functional, structured organization, unlike some franchises in the league. McDermott is a big part of that foundation!

Every team slips up sometimes, but it’s about getting back on the saddle and staying the course. McDermott and the mindset he has endeavored to establish in Buffalo, show repeatedly that he gets back into the fight after getting knocked down.

This is his 8th season as a Head Coach. The Bills are annual contenders, and aside from two postseason games in his tenure (2020 - KC, 2022 - CIN), the Bills have been this close 🤏🏻 to advancing.

When a team gets a new Head Coach and/or General Manager, it’s similar to when a unit in the Army gets a new Commander. The new Commander changes things just to change things so that it’s “by” the new Commander. This includes things that were completely fine and working well. It doesn’t matter because the previous staff put it in place, not the new staff that replaced the previous one.

Also, it’s not always easily discerned whether it’s the coaching or the execution. Coaches can fall short, and so can players. Players have to execute and that’s what we all see on the field when it’s all said and done.

Coach has this team in the right position to win in most cases (how can you say otherwise when this team has won four straight division titles and has been in the playoffs six out of his seven full seasons?).

And don’t underestimate the power of time and experience. Every year, coaches and players add and build upon previous successes and failures and the work it took to get to and through those experiences.

Exhibit A: Josh Allen
Exhibit B: Dion Dawkins
Exhibit C: Ed Oliver
Exhibit D: pick pretty much any freaking player on this roster — they’re all improving from last season.

What the Bills really need is to get back on the saddle, stay the course, find ways to improve, uphold the standard of excellence, and play for each other, every rep, every time.

They can do it! GO BILLS 🔵🔴

It’s a “Learning” season. Coach / GM are squandering Josh Allen’s Prime.

Beane and McDermott, have done absolutely nothing to help Josh. I have a hunch, that if the Bills don't make it to the play offs, that Terry Pagula will make changes. To have that good of a quarterback and do nothing for him is unforgivable and unfair to Josh. I'd love to see Josh on a team where he wasn't getting the s--it knocked out of him. He is so loyal, they will use him up. SHAME.

An embarrassing loss on primetime television 😔 against a qb some have questioned his mvp status leading up to this game. Maybe plan, practice and execute as if your down 14-0 or 17-3 after the first quarter when we’re up against Henry next time.
