YCQ-5L-1: pneumatic type two-step blow stretch automatic bottle blowing machine.
It can produce 700-800 bottles per hour on single cavity fully automatic machine,
blowable large bottle with max volume 5L。This machine is mainly used in the production of PET water bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, edible oil bottles, pesticide bottles,etc.

YCQ series bottle blowing machine features:
1.Advanced PLC control system, stable and excellent performance.
2.Conveyor belt automatically feeds preforms.
3.Strong penetrability and good and swift distribution of the heat by letting the bottles rotate by itself and revolute in the rails simultaneously in the infrared pre-heater.
4.High adaptability,preform absorbs heat by adjusting the distance between lamp and reflector. With automatic constant temperature device,temperature is kept within a certain range.
5.Safety locks are provided during each mechanical action to protect operator's safety.
6.Use cylinder instead of hydraulic cylinder, low pollution, low noise.
7.Use different air pressure for blowing and machine operation,energy saving and environmental protection.
8.Equipped with high pressure and double-crank linkage clamping, providing high clamping force.
9.Two ways of operating: automatic and manual.
10.Safe, reliable, unique valve position design makes blowing process easier to control.
