After 10 years of pharmaceutical addiction along with other addictions, I said out loud "I'm going to quit" which sounds simple but I had never said it out loud before. It worked! I never went back. Aaron! I've been jumping hourly and engaged in the 21-day Ho'oponopono meditation challenge. It's only been a week! Long story short, I just had an hour-long conversation with my mother. I haven't spoken to my mother for about nine years! I was constipated with fear, hurt, and a whole lot of resentment...at that time, fifty years worth of resentment. She was the first person I addressed in the spirit with ho'oponopono. Everyday, I did the meditation...speaking to her in the Spirit. Today is the day I completely stop my identification of being addicted to smoking weed, that's what got me to where i am right now with just under 30 dollars to my name. I am no longer that guy I am a man of discipline and intent, and I know going back to that version of myself will bring nothing but pain into my life, the short term rewards if there is any at this point is not worth the long term pain of stagnation, frustration and yearning to be in a better scenario than I am in now. I have made up my mind from this day onwards. I am not going back here to this reality ever again. I promise that to myself.

How I have jumped timelines is when I make a firm decision and then follow through with action. I do it no matter what. But I have to have the feeling of being all in on the decision and I can feel myself laser focused on what I want.
