As much as I would like like to see them charged for the "80% lower" to me it looked more like a sculpture that looked like a lower, closer to a Defense Distributed 0% lower than an 80% one since it looks like all of the internal portions are solid. Regarding opening comments, NO. A single circuit court ruling ONLY applies in the states that constitute that circuit. If there is no contrary ruling in another circuit, that ruling is persuasive in other circuits, but never binding on other circuits. This is one of the foundational basics of the federal court system and should not be a point of confusion for a channel covering that system extensively. Love your enthusiasm and commitment, but sometimes I really shake my head at some basic blind spots.
