You're very correct but for the financial support or affidavit of support, is not one of the requirement for DV winners in Cameroon.
I am saying so as a victim i went for my DV lottery interview in May 2022 but amongst the checks list the financial documents wasn't there but i had it with me in my bag and it wasn't asked

First of all, l would like to give my grateful gratitude to you mr .l am one of the 2023 dv winner from Africa, Ethiopia.My case number is 23kkk.I submitted my ds260 first on September 8 and again after l unlocked resbmitted November 19. Consequently, the us embassy in our country, Addis Ababa embassy work loud on interview scheduling is very low .So do you think can I get the chance of interview ? with best regards.
