Hi josh,
just finished that game. Just as a tip I used the sponge for everything. You don't destroy things with the sponge and it seems to clean better than the scrubber. The Pressure washer was always empty. Skill tree is really helpfull. The money you earn is for XP for the skill tree. so the more money you find the more skil points you get.
There are really fun Achievements too. Could have a look at those if you want to have some content things to do on maps and everywhere else :)

Tips: Use the sponge on carpets/walls and furniture and the Mop on hard floors. Leave the bucket under the tap, just add detergent (saves any risk of knocking it over). You'll get XP, use this to upgrade your tools - recommended the bucket/detergent upgrades
