Air Cadets: What we do

The experiences the Air Training Corps provides are next to no other in their variety or challenge to help develop young people into a person they never thought they could be.

I am a former Air Cadet myself, having been in the RAF section of the CCF while at school.

I did Air Experience Flying, which included aerobatics.

As a result, I can go to any theme park in the world and I'll very happily go on all the rides! Even the really big ones!

Mine is literally in a school yard we don’t have a base😭😭😭

Sometimes, yeah. I wish I could do all this stuff, but we rarely do, unfortunately. 2 years, not flown an aircraft, never been selected for an activity, never done dofe because they never did it so I missed out and in fact my school is going tomorrow and so I'm missing out.
It's great, I love it, but we could do more. This is the example I look up to.

Im in the ACF, We do most of this, apart from Flying.

We get to do Parachuting, (That is, if you have enough luck to win the lottery 5 times) which is cool.
