Never charge your phone beyond 90% and don’t let the battery drop below 20%. You will see 100% battery health for 5+ years

SE 2020 from June 2020 to January 2024 77% battery. Last 18 months I have been charging it with Apple 10W Ipad Adapter and Anker fast charge cable and lost 8% from 85 to 77.
