Parrot Anafi, Dolly Zoom & Color Style Demo (by Aerial Era) [4K]

One-button Dolly Zoom is one of the new features of Anafi but Parrot have not explained how it can be used in details. It is under Smartdronies flight mode. To use it, sufficient GPS is needed. First step is to select the main object from the screen. Need to be aware that Anafi will fly backward so it is important to ensure the path is clear. When shooting 4K and lossless zoom, the Dolly Zoom footage is around 5s long. To get the best effect, choose a scene with distance background with good amount of details.

The choices for color style are “Natural” or “P-log”. Natural gives pretty good balance of color saturation and exposure. “P-log” captures larger amount of details from shadow areas which allows more controls during post editing. I am not yet managing how to use P-log also not aware of any LUT for Anafi is available. So at this moment “Natural” style is more easy to use.

一鍵Dolly Zoom係Anafi其中一個初創分唇，但Parrot冇好詳細解釋點用，唯有自己摸索，Dolly Zoom藏於Smartdronies模式之下，要有足夠GPS才可啟動，首先要從螢幕選擇主體，留意啟動後Anafi會向後飛，注意有冇障礙物，在無損Zoom, 拍4K情況下，Dolly Zoom鏡大約長5秒，如果要有好效果，要選背景較遠，細節線條較多。

拍片Color Style方面有Natural同P-log，前者方便使用，唔使點tune已經好靚；後者可以保留更多暗位細節，有多啲操控，但係一定要在後製上花時間，小弟仲未掌握到，亦未有配合Anafi的LUT，暫時覺得用Natural較易用。

I still testing the Parrot Anafi but I can say the Gimbal and Zoom have changed, from my perspective, the way we look from the air the world and even our way of flying with the drone when compared to Bebop 2 or Disco. My Dolly Zoom Footage looks very pixelated and crispy. In 1080p and also 4K, all with activated lossless zoom. Anybody else with this problem?

Im super happy with anafi to. Only downside is Live view on phone, only up to around 500m in the park. New dji and see live Hdon phone for several kms 😞

Every dolly zoom Anafi video I watch is pointless. Too much drone movement. It ruins everything.
