Remove an Email Address from Your LinkedIn Account:
You can remove email addresses for your LinkedIn account from the Account section in your Settings & Privacy page.
Important: To remove a primary email address, you must first make one of your secondary email addresses your new primary email address. Only then will the Remove link appear next to the email address.

1. Tap your profile picture.
2. Tap the Settings under your name.
3. Tap Sign in & security.
4. Tap Email addresses.
5. Tap the X next to the existing email address.

Sir some time ago LinkedIn restricted my account then I created another account now the unrestricted that account so if I close my old LinkedIn account will I be able to use same email on my current account?

That's probably sent to my previous address. That email no longer exist
