Hey, great job! You are a great teacher! I had an old teacher (87) who learned me the basic acc. chords through the shadows repertoire. He said it’s good stuff as basic learning material🤷🏼‍♂️
He mentioned ‘The Apache strumming patron’.
Then later on started jazzy ( Reinhard) chords and then solo. But all these bits of content of this channel are great to learn. Thank you! 👍

i'm kinda the same I can put chords over stuff like this I usually start with a major chord that is how would you say of the root note or the first note although i've been getting jazzy with it I lower that a full step and then play a shape down or a voicing to turn a single chord into 3 chords all major dominant and then in this example because it's in B or i mean I'm landing in the C shape with my pinky on the 7th fret barring the 4th and walk down to the relative minor of the chord and then maybe into the d7 and finally g7 shapes barring on the 4th fret ala "They're Red Hot" or playing John Mayer's new light over anything just about in any key too is
