This is a song Rise by Origa with original lyrics (which includes both Russian and English languages), full translation on English and romanization of cyrillic script of the russian words (as I am russian, I really don`t know how to simplify this romanization. I just wrote russian words using latin script).

For what it is worth I went through and redid the English Lyrics to make them fit the cadence of the song better. Hopefully I was able to retain their intended meanings, but the translation in the video is probably more "accurate". With that said you should be able to sing along with this version much better.

Am I the only one bummed they didn't use this in the live action movie of Ghost in the Shell? Also there's a Netflix anime called Ghost in the Shell:2045 which is a sequel to the original anime. Which they used her songs in it. It's not bad.
