I loved the fast pass. It was classic first come first serve and completely free. I’ll never forgive Disney for getting rid of it.

At that point, I would’ve said “Let me get someone down here to assist you further.” That “someone” would be their supervisor or higher to talk to this guest.

Fast pass costs extra money beyond a regular pass... lightning lane costs even more money. How else is Disney going to make money for all their failed movies and Star Wars hotel?

Like I said before some people feel they are entitled when in reality they are I don’t believe there should be fast passes lightning lanes or anything doesn’t matter who you are what you are you should be standing in line just like any other person that has to wait it should not be allowed to bypass everybody just because you’re entitled because you pay more money for itI said what I said and that’s how I feel.

And if you don’t buy the lightning pass when you purchase your tickets and try to buy it day of while you’re at the park, you have to pay for your ticket again plus the cost of the lightning lane pass. Disney is a rip off! Never again.

Reminds me of a few of my customers. I’m sorry we’re out of that because of COVID whether or not you believe COVID exists. A more recent example is I’m sorry ma’am we’re out of this because our main headquarters and warehouses plus all of middle Florida got messed up by a hurricane. We’ll be out of this for awhile.

That guest really thought that a free FastPass was as cemented into the Disney brand as a Mickey Bar or Dole Whip. Or, if a cast member says it's "discontinued", that it's like their favorite meal at a restaurant - the staff can still make it if you ask for it.

Really, it's just a capacity management tool. The technology it uses gets phased out and replaced. And smartphones not only made it paperless, but just another charge to add on.

My work hasn't sold bus passes or stamps in years and I will still get customers who demand I tell them where to get stamps now that we don't sell them. :/ Post office.

I've also had someone come up to my drive thru lane and demand I walk to the pharmacy and pick up their script because they don't want to pull out of my lane and into the next one.
