Jits is a 1999 Peugeot Boxer Autosleeper 'Symphony'. Jits belonged to Adam's mum, Sally, who sadly passed away in Jan 2019 from ovarian cancer. During this time, we were reminded how life is too short and felt inspired to take the plunge & pursue our dream of full-time van life.

Cream first always but I am from Devon. I think you also get the flavour of the jam better when it's on top. By the way Fowey is pronounced Foy. The crimp on the pasty thing is a bit of a myth. I was doing a local history project and discovered that. There were a load of interviews with mining families and they all confirmed that no the crimp wasn't for holding. The pasties were wrapped in a cloth most of the time in the same way as we put them in paper bags before we put them in a bag or pocket so there was no need for someone to be holding them directly with dirty hands. They also wouldn't have wasted the calories of the crimp.
