Please guide what random state ranges for example random state=42, 5 etc
If we have 100 datapoints to train if we declare random state=2 what data point it check and so on

Sir agar affect ho raha hai to better accuracy ke liye konsa number choose kare
Agar number change karake accuracy pe affected ho raha hai to please batao ki good accuracy ke kiye konsa choose kare

But changing in random state will also impact the accuracy? say when random_state is 0 the testing accuracy may be 82 when random state is 42 the testing accuracy may be 78. The results vary how to interpret this?
