Though Tejas was getting developed as a replacement of mig-21s, but now I guess it can also be used along with Mirage-2000s as well. The order number of 200+ shows how much our airforce have faith on this fighter.

Koi bhi Aircraft agar mass production hota hai to wo definitely benefit hi deta hai....Tejas mk1a agar kuchh limitations bhi Lata hai fir bhi use mass produce karna chahiye baad me isme upgrades apne aap kiye ja sakenge...Small size ke karan aur composite material ke karan RCS waise hi kam hai...Agar Meteor aur future me Astra mk 3 integrate ho jaye to samne koi bhi Aircraft ho wo backfoot par hi rhega...

The Tejas MK 1A has been churned into a 4+ Gen fighter now, its avionics are state of the art. The IAF has directly jumped to GaN based Radars and avionics instead of GaAr that explains the delay into getting the Uttam Aesa. I second the opinion that its the best fighter jet in its catagory.

लेकिन MWAS भी इंस्टॉल होना चाहिए था।

I hope की अगला ऑर्डर जो 97+1 (क्रैश्ड) 98 तेजस का होगा वो
Mk1B कंफीग्रेशन के साथ आयेगा।
जिसमे
MWAS भी होगा और IRST सेंसर भी।
और बेहतर एजीलिटी के लिए इसमें नेवल LCA की तरह Lavcons भी इंस्टॉल किए जाए।

और ये रिफ्यूललिंग प्रोब थोड़ा छोटा करे क्या अजीब सा एंटीना लगा दिया aicraft से भी बड़ा लगता है ये कभी कभी।

I think something has happened but our defence projects are now taken seriously and are now completed on time. First, the approval for AMCA and now Tejas. If we continue this pace I think we can get Tejas mk2 by 2030 and Amca within this decade.

bhai i have just watched Nitin Ghokle's videos on HAL manufacturing unit on his channel StratNewsGlobal. wahan par Tejas MK1 and MK1A aircraft dono hi rakhe hai aur aapko is video ke alawa MKIA ka itne close visuals kahi nahi milenge. Can u check the video and tell us in future about the detailed changes on MK1A. Maine jitna dekha hai, i can see visual changes in coating and cockpit size, baki i am not a technical guy to tell other changes but i expect you can tell us in future whats are visual changes in both aircraft.
