Aldi Delta 3 in 1 Espresso Coffee Machine 15 Bar Steamer Test

Testing the steam pressure of the delta from Aldi, 15 bar of pressure on the pump gives plenty of steam for the foamer for such a cheap machine, perfect for making cappuccinos and lattes or even a cheeky mocha.

Me have the same bean grinder, or mill if you will. Great little mill it is too. You know there's a way to make even finer grounds with it right? You need to add a washer to the bottom burr, remove the top one by turning and the lower one is held in place by a screw. Remove and add a washer when a cardboard cut out one will suffice. It brings the burrs a bit closer together.

I'm tempted to buy this coffee machine but am afraid of my past experience of plastic taste. I know the description says aluminium heater and ss water tank but still. Have you had any plastic taste?
I currently use the bialetti moka, great as it is I miss my creama on shots. I am considering a brikka. Anyway your input will be appreciated.
