Everyday in the morning before my run, I tell myself that I know I don't want to do it, but I will. The only reason I say that now is because I am currently sick and still training regardless of what my body says, I wake up shaky but that doesn't stop me, obviously I don't go to a public gym later in the day, I use some of the equipment that I have. Keep working hard Tyler and I hope to see you find more motivation to do anything you want!
