Make sure your racking is fixed to the floor with concrete screws. I work for Home Depot and we had an earthquake and several racks fell over. Just a safety tip.

Can we be thankful for everything Emily and Ed does? The facility has grown so far! I remember watching just the first video of building it!

Cant believe in just a few years that Ed went from the guy who wouldn’t even talk on camera to doing a full blown jig in this video 😭💕 so insane, love you guys!!!

use the bins for storing partial packages. the more whole boxes there are, the easier it will be when counting inventory.... also, remember to wrap your pallets before jacking them up, just in case you hit something while in the air, loose boxes won't fall onto your head.

(having flashbacks of spending 14y working logistics at a big box store)

So I work in an actual production facility with on-site warehouse and full blown forklifts and here I am watching you do one of the things at the top of the !DO NOT DO! list. I don't know whether to laugh or cry right now.
Hope the online store is as successful as everything else.

Me who has studied safety and ergonomics physically choking on my drink when Emily sat on the lift. Be safe guys! Can’t wait to see how everything evolves!!

Having worked 2 years at a warehouse getting overworked, underpaid, and overall thoroughly taken advantage of by management, I thought I could never see the appeal of a warehouse job ever again. But Ed and Emily are such rockstars in every respect they honestly make me miss it. You're employees are very lucky to have such awesome employers!

Looks great, but one thing I have found in warehouse work is it's a bunch of extra steps unboxing into toats that get dusty. Just cut the box in an Accessible way, and you will save tons of hours in moving stock to stock boxes. It's easier for inventory, too.

I say this with help and love in mind
Fire code - can't touch ceiling with inventory, can't put things on ground, must be on palet, might be why the shelves were higher than needed off the ground <3 (might not be same in your state, but something to keep in mind)

It has been so crazy watching you two grow. From the times where you did everything out of your house and Ed was a disembodied voice, through all the egg cuttings and zoo build videos, to now, where you are building your own business and you even have a warehouse!! Congrats you two, we can't wait to see what you do next ❤️

I would literally pay money, including travel fees, to go to that warehouse with a label maker and individually label each and every one of those blue totes. It would be heaven!

Please take a course on how to properly operate your pallet jack. Safety above all else. I love y’all and want you guys around for ever!

Got to love how Emily and Ed ignore the safety stickers in the first five seconds when new toy is charged

I love seeing how far you’ve come from when you started this channel as just a fun way to teach people about reptiles to now having a zoo and a warehouse it’s just amazing ❤

I really enjoy you guys. I used to be afraid of snakes and reptiles. I am 61 years old. You guys and others on YouTube have educated me. Thank you for all you do.

My fav part is the massive no person on lift sticker on the pallet jack and the first thing they do with it is lift a person

Those cutting boards could also be really useful for lizards, such as making salads for dragons and skinks, leaving snake food on the counter to thaw, etc. Good idea to sell those that’s some thing I didn’t know I needed lol
