if sex is assigned at birth then how is it possible to determine the sex of the fetus before birth?

Sex is observed not assigned. You should correct that.

cisgender and transgender aren't gender identities. when someone asks my gender i don't say trans because it's irrelevant, i say i am just a boy.

Sex is not assigned at birth, it's observed.

Sex is not assigned it is observed. Rare intersex categories do not change this fact.

My question is : why can’t people stick with the gender they r born with?

I still fail to understand why some people feel that it's necessary to emphasize that a baby was "assigned" it's sex when they born. Gender might be fluid but sex is not. Therefore, it makes more sense to say that a baby is "identified" as whatever sex it is at birth, not "assigned" because when identifying a baby's sex, no assumptions are being made.

He is being carried to the boys locker room but he wants to go to the women's one. The question is : How many biological women will be confortable with that person sharing that space. Wouldn't be a solution to have an extra restroom for transgender people?

Sex is often observed before birth. Sex is not assigned.

I used to have trouble understanding nonbinary gender. My confusion made me question my own identity as a girl who does not conform to gender norms, or gender-nonconforming. In my confusion, I got involved in dumb internet arguments and got mad at nonbinary people. I'm sorry for that.

Something I wish I realized years ago is that I don't have to understand someone else's identity to *be respectful* to them. If someone says that they want to be called by certain pronouns or a certain label, you should do that. Even if it is a phase, which it might be or it might not be, being respectful will help them know that you're supporting them. Even if you don't understand their labels, keep those thoughts to yourself, or look for queer resources (but don't just ask random people, that's rude. Look for informational websites/videos like this). I realize now that I'm a cisgender woman who is gender non-conforming (tomboy), and that I can exist while someone else who is similar to me can be nonbinary, or genderqueer, etc.
I also wish I had realized that I don't have to understand myself right away. Even though I realized that I'm cisgender, questioning did help me to understand my own identity better. Everyone has their own ideas about what their gender and identity means for them.

I found the part where the boy was struggling to get into the girls change room disturbing! What is wrong with the world!
