Gilles Peterson in Havana

Cuban rum maker Havana Club invite you to take part in their latest Havana Cultura music project - Havana Club Cultura Mix.

This global remixing contest is offering DJs, producers and music enthusiasts the chance to travel to the magical city of Havana for 10 days, where they will collaborate with renowned radio DJ Gilles Peterson and Cuban musicians in a studio to record new music.

The competition is open to everyone of legal drinking age, allowing them to use their own remixing software or the remixing tool provided on the entry platform.

Once all entries have been submitted, finalists from around the world will be chosen by a combination of public vote, music industry professionals and Gilles Peterson himself. Winners will travel to Havana in May.

Entry to the competition is now open and closes on March 31.
