Connecting Swedish FinTechs with ASEAN through APIX platform

On March 12th 2021, Findec and AFIN signed a strategic partnership agreement to “strengthen the bridge between Sweden and ASEAN in the field of fintech and innovation” and “jointly build an environment that boosts the growth of the Fintech ecosystem across the Asian and Sweden region” (press release). As part of this partnership, the two organisations joined forces to create a prototype solution on APIX platform, with participation of promising FinTechs from Sweden and ASEAN region.

Findec x AFIN: Collaboration for Financial Inclusion 🤝

Leveraging on the APIX platform sandbox environment, FinTechs from Findec Sweden, as well as those from APIX, are jointly creating a prototype that will help banks and financial institutions launch innovative solutions to drive financial inclusion. This will be a showcase for a collaborative project between Findec and AFIN to bring financial services to the underserved and unbanked populations in Asian countries. This will demonstrate how
diverse FinTechs across the world can work together in a seamless manner to solve real world problems on the APIX platform.
