Rediscovered Richard Siken today and wanted to see what kind of content people are dishing out about his writing. This was an amazing watch.

oh man this video not only scratches an itch i've had for such a long time (i've been looking forever for someone to make any sort of analysis of his works, not even proper ones anymore, just any) but you absolutely knocked the ball out the park. love the editing! it's so classy and professional, made me even more immersed in the analysis. and what a video essay it was! perfect script, pacing, word choice, and the insights themselves were just so sensibly satisfying.

i'm not necessarily telling you to or anything, but well i'm just saying that if you made video essays for all of his works, i'd certainly watch them all. awesome work!
