This is such a beautiful video, and excellent casting skills - I find I am learning more about casting from watching women than from men, because women rely 100% on their technique, whereas men try to use a combination of strength and technique.

Nice! I never had much luck fishing in Korea but it was fun trying! Some awesomely beautiful rivers in Ganwando, though Korea faces many environmental challenges from development. One of these days I hope to return and try my luck again.

Most Casters seem to put a lot of emphasis on the casting hand/arm and a small haul. But if you watch her closely she barely uses her casting hand/arm, and uses the haul to control the rod load completely. I think your timing has to be perfect, but theoretically I think if you can get it right, you will never over load the rod.
