Really love that detail of Arthur's gunslinger instincts playing in, people mentioned the twitch at the sound of the hammer cocking, but there's also this way that his hands go out instead of up when he's unsure of who it is - it's a way of starting to move his hands like he'll put them up, but they're actually stretching out and opening his hand downwards so that he's more poised to draw his own gun

What's funny is... you hear Dutch cock the hammer supposedly, but the model shows the hammer as not being cocked. A Smith and Wesson Model 3 is a single action revolver, and thus requires the hammer to be cocked to be able to fire. So, Dutch was literally joking, and not going to shoot Arthur in any case.
