He should have been fired immediately!!! There needs to be transparency in policing! Weed out the bad, keep the good ones.

No longer on the force doesn't exactly mean that He is not still on the Police Department payroll. He is 3 years from retirement eligibility, and the the Department was very careful in saying that He is "No Longer on The Force . He may even have a Desk Job in the back, out of sight . NAACP . Please don't fall for the " Okie Doke " .
