Humans are not taught how to release trauma, stress, tension, anger, sadness and much more. We suppress it. We bottle it up inside and this can cause serious health conditions all the way from autoimmune diseases to anxiety and depression. Shaking is one of the best ways to release this tension and any stored emotions. You may feel anger, sadness, joy or bliss doing this shaking routine. Just let it happen and tune into the feeling! Enjoy!

I have ptsd and lately I've been getting these ticks, spasms every time I have a panic attack or a flashback. When I would exercise with cardio or anything else it would just make the panicked feeling worse. Yoga was too slow and also made me feel worse. I just searched trauma release and shaking because that's what my body was yearning for. And man DID YOU DELIVER. Not only was it fun and you have some great moves but I just broke down half way through in a good way and after that I felt my body become lighter. My spasms have completely stopped now. Going to use this every day, thank you so much :)

Day 3 … totally addicted! I am 57 and this makes me feel like a little kid embodying pure joy.. I don’t sweat that much working out. It’s like a cellular detox. Thank you … #keeponshaking

this is amazing, i will be doing this everyday. i feel my suppressed emotional pain rise up when i shake. Got covid twice and just didn't have the greatest of years mental health wise. However this exercise has been invaluable and i feel myself healing and becoming lighter and lighter everyday.

Sometimes you need to get shaking, just sitting still will not get rid of your trapped emotions!

Hi Steve ~ I’m releasing trapped anxiety and stress from two years of being sick. I’m praying this will help me heal. I certainly was sweaty but the end of session and was getting tired out. Which helped calm me. I want to use this if not every day, several times a week. Hoping for good progress. And… it’s fun too!!! Thank you!

That was fun. 😁 I felt like I was dancing. I am recovering from pent up trauma from the covid vac. My nervous system is all jittery. I will be doing this everyday. I’m really hoping it will help me in the healing process.

Wow that was great, thank you very much for this great tool to release trapped emotions! 🙏 I sometimes felt like I'm about to burst from all the stress and frustration and just had myself few minutes crazy shake off and belt breathless after but felt a release 👌 so this is gonna be a great tool in my toolbox, plus love your energy and the backdrop of nature and pool - jump in! ❤️

It really works. Thanks so much. Working through that ol' familiar pain. 💔 It really does pick me up out of the dumps and gets me energized. Wondering if it can be done 2x a day or if that would be overdoing it.

This is so weird. lol. But, It does feel good at the same time. Done about 5 minutes of it. Could actually feel it in my arms afterwards. Good music to go with it.
