F6 In Full Voice

This video is a few months old. I had some setbacks after filming it and couldn't get above E flat 6 by this method for a while, but have recently recovered. Part of the reason may be a more demanding workout regime; I managed to hit F6 again yesterday despite being tired after several days of demanding exercise spaced closely together.
