I loved your balanced reviews of Bortnikoff’s fragrances. Your breakdown of Amber Cologne intrigued me because I couldn’t tell how the notes would go. A long lasting tropical freshy sounds great for next summer. Sayat Nova sounds delightful. The idea of smoked apricots has me excited to smell it. I find his other fragrances to trend toward the gourmand. Trinity and Oud Sinaharja have decadent pastry accords from the Sri Lankan Oud. I would love to own a full bottle of Sayat Nova. My only experiences with this house are small samples. Loving your channel more with each video. Good vibes from NY, USA. 🇺🇸

I tested Amber Cologne as a sample and I have to say it is a very nice but very special salty amber summer fragrance. I don't know the other members of the series yet, so I would be very happy about Amber Cologne. Best regards from Germany

Oud monarch sounds like everything I love bottled up, those florals with cinnamon / anamalics and oud? Yes please! 😍

Then you mentioned sayat nova and my heart was torn between the two of them, so for the sake of my sanity and bank account I want that so I don't have to buy both 🤣

Personally I'd love to try the Amber Cologne, because I have a decant of the Musk Cologne which I'm enjoying a lot and definitely want to try the amber

Out of those 3 fragrances OUD MONARCH sounds to me the most interesting, since BORTNIKOFF came from distilling oud - so it must be very high quality oud fragrance. Love your analysis and break down the perfume experience. From Israel :)

Sayat Nova appeals to me most of the three. I enjoy gourmand fragrances and am beginning to explore oud a bit more. I've tried a few from Bortnikoff and they've all been very enjoyable. Located in California.

Jay from Canada here, Thank you for featuring Bortnikoff, an interesting house that many of us are quite curious about but probably haven't got our nose on yet. Bortnikoff seems to be pushing the olfactory envelope combining art and science to produce fascinating scents utilizing real oud and not just aroma chemicals. I really don't know that I have ever smelled actual oud despite having four or five scents featuring oud in my collection. It would be amazing to be able to try Sayat Nova. Thank you for your dedication to this passion!

I feel like Amber Cologne could fit best my taste: Easy to wear, fresh and clean, super versatility. However, Sayat Nova could make a dope fall/winter nights out fragrance. I currently only have Ultra Male by JPG for that purpose, which is nice but one dimensionally sweet. I could do with another nights out frag that's a good deal more mature and different to the common nose. That would be cool as it's quite hard to get. Best regards from Germany

I have never tried anything from this brand, but I would very like. Oud Monarch and Sayat Nova sounds the best for me. And I very like that dark color of Sayat Nova, and the notes sounds very good to me. Thank you for the chance. I live in Europe.

Sayat Nova is really nice, for me is a very Jucy peach with vanilla touches along with smoky touches, it will definitely will break the cold wind.
I used it as a layered the other day of "under my skin " .

I can’t believe it took my almost 8 months to realize you’re Armenian as well 🤗 I have sampled Sir. Winston from Luckyscent and it was vary calming and complex at the same time. I grew up with my grandma telling me stories like Sayat Nova and katch Nazar and to actually be able to smell it on me, well that’s a trip! Hook me up with that Giveaway Sir and even if you don’t, still a huge fan and always will watch your videos before buying any cologne for me or anyone else around me. Love this house. All 3 that you mentioned are amazing. I love Amber cologne for summer as you mentioned. Its so uplifting. With Oud Monarch, I do not get the longevity but the blend and notes are to die for. I have a decant of Sayat Nova, and my oh my what a creation. Hopefully I can afford a bottle of these someday.

Great review, Sebastian. Trat oud has a definite apricot vibe to it. I love it. Sayat Nova sounds great and sounds the best out of the three. I've sampled Amber Cologne and love it, but not amber and not cologne. It's such a white floral, neroli and plumeria. From WA state, USA.

I would Love to try Oud monarch and Sayat Nova I’ve been dying to try some Bort. Frags for a while now some of those frags are not avail now. Thank you for the great review Sebastian. Bortnikoff is a very interesing brand. I've had the pleasure of smelling this on a colleague who is a frag head and it just smells heavenly. I would love to smell either Amber Cologne or Sayat Nova. The perfumer himself is such an interesting character.
