As far as dispersing opportunities are concerned, it's their regulations, laws like higher minimum wages, high taxes that lead to joblessness in the first place. They've taken away those opportunities that were previously available, instead of helping them.

Netscape was already there. It used to be a paid application. Microsoft later tried killing it by providing internet explorer for free, along with windows and they still do it. Netscape is no longer here. Better get your facts straight.
