Julie talks about the Alzheimer’s Society Memory Cafe

The Alzheimer's Society Memory Cafe's allow a place for people with dementia & their carers to meet others in a similar situation, in a relaxed social setting.

This week, we caught up with Julie Woan who runs the Memory Cafe in Yeovil. She told us why the cafes play such an important role in communities across Somerset.

Attendees can spend time sharing information & experiences, or simply have a cup of tea and a chat. These events also give you a great chance to:
