The Infiniti FX35 was the first sport coupe SUV back in 2003 and now every other new car is still using this design. Very ahead of its time in terms of styling.

Infinity deserve respect for their designs! This suv from 2005 looks better or as good as new vehicles today. The design held up well especially on the sides and rear.

Bought a 2003 Fx45 last fall with 196, 000 miles and it is rock solid. Absolutely love it. I live in southern Utah and it makes for an amazing canyon cutter and handles mountain passes just as well. Amazing in the snow. I love being able to afford a sport luxury suv (even if it’s 18 yrs old) after owning way too many ‘starter cars’. All of the basic maintenance and even the replacement of struts, etc. is super easy and relatively affordable for parts. The main issues with these is dash bubbling and door actuators.

6:23 WHO'S that guy who keeps racing past our apartments at the same time every day?!
How come he always has a different car? WTF?! 😉 😂

"Rear wheel drive" count: 12X
"Not front wheel drive" count: 5X
"Made in Japan" count: 6X
I guess it is a good formula cause it seems to work great... Cheers!

You gotta love how those VQ engines sound.

The G35 and 350z have the same engine as well! I have an 07 G35 Coupe myself! 😁

I think everyone would agree, Scotty needs to do full car reviews! He does an excellent job rating vehicles and giving reasons as to why and how he is rating them! He makes it very clear and easy to understand. I think those kids of videos would do very well.

Had one of these a few years ago. One of the only cars I've had that I genuinely miss owning.

I have a 2003 FX35 that I bought used with 69k miles about 7 years ago. Now has 108k miles. Just changed trans oil and rear differential oil. Runs like a champ, still full power. It’s easy to work on and always garaged. People had made offers to buy it but I love my FX35

I 100% agree. I have a 2006 Infiniti G35 with the same motor, transmission, and RWD with 180k miles and it rides like a dream.

I like those. They're okay. That's when Nissans were mostly built in Japan.

The best Infiniti to get would be the G35/G37 with that 6-speed manual
That was their peak
