Introduction to Local Assessments: Reporting and Analytics

The Local Assessment Reporting and Analytics system will allow LEAs to voluntarily submit local assessment data and receive analytics similar to traditional Pennsylvania performance and growth reports. As we approach PIMS reporting, this webcast will provide school leaders with details for assessment and program planning and provide PIMS administrators with specifics to prepare for the data exchange. LEAs may submit local assessment data through the PIMS Student Local Assessment Subtest Template in May-June 2021. There is no process in which an LEA must report its intent to participate to the Department. All LEAs who submit data will receive reporting and access to deliverables. This webcast provides critical information for participants to begin the submission process. We encourage all LEAs to take part in this unique opportunity.
