Side note for those that say he didnt call uno:
Since the rules for uno no mercy states that the player that reaches 25 cards is eliminated, the blue shirt guy wouldve won regardless if he said uno or not since the black shirt guy had to draw 64, thus exceeding the 25 card limit

fun fact: The reverse draw four in a 1v1 reverses it back to you so you have to draw four. They're great for stacking as you can make your opponent draw an insane amount of cards causing them to be eliminated immediately if it goes over 25 and they have no draw cards to stack
