As a guy who's in the 7.5/ 8 range now, I can confirm that he is right. Even though girls walk over to me now and ask for my number or even take double takes when I walk by, Before i was like 7 but still couldn't get girls sometimes. Its more about communication than just attractiveness. Sure a guy can be a 8 with good looks but whats the point if u can't communicate. They'll just get bored and find a next guy to hook up with.
