This is dope! I'm looking at land for me and my family now. The goal will be for everyone to build their own dwellings on an acre or so and have a bunch of common areas. I think the common areas will have the containerized theme too...

Outstanding build, to me it is not the $ price of the build that impresses me, I respect the vision, blood, sweat and tears that has obviously gone into the RESPECT to the man.

Really amazing result. Very high end quality and wonderful design. Since it must get hot there, I would probably add a pergola or umbrellas over the outdoor seating and dining areas. I've never understood the double head showers in a bathroom. Do people actually take showers together where that's necessary? But again, an amazing result. Very luxurious home.

I looked seriously into doing a container home 3 years ago. i ended up making a U design similar to his then put a deck in the center and a roof over the deck. I bought 3 40x8's. It took me 1 year to get the permits and get it all built. Land cost around 150k and the structure was around 110k. i wouldnt use containers again. Too many issues when dealing with that material and then you dont get that much space inside for the cost. Your better off with a mostly wood structure and depending on the area even stone/rock/brick. If your after that industrial look you can still build it with wood/rock then add the industrial look later .

Very nice.
I don't care for the extremely narrow living room, I would have doubled up on a corner to corner container somehow to double the width. The upper level should have been all three containers.
His idea of a gorgeous view and mine differ tremendously. Not a tree in sight!
Still a very nice build though.

Great job, I only miss the covered area outside. Too much sun, and if it is too hot, it would be difficult to stay outside.
