Thick strawberry cheesecake milkshake tutorial

*Ingredients*
For the smoothie:
300g vanilla ice cream, softened
50g cream cheese
200g hulled strawberries
2 digestive biscuits
50ml milk

For the topping (optional):
Whipped cream
Strawberry sauce
Biscuit crumbs
Half a strawberry

1) Add the ice cream, cream cheese, strawberries, digestive biscuits and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

2) Scrape the edges down into the mix and blend again.

3) Pour it into glasses.

4) Top with whipped cream, strawberry sauce, biscuit crumbs, half a strawberry, and a straw (optional).

5) Enjoy!
