After questions earlier this year failed to provide U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill with answers on World War II-era experiments that exposed U.S. servicemembers to mustard gas, she today continued her advocacy at a Senate panel featuring Secretary of Defense Ash Carter. McCaskill asked Secretary Carter to provide her office with access to a Department of Defense database listing individuals that were victims of these experiments.

Senator McCaskill, some state medical boards such as Nevada in 1993, and Missouri from 2002-2014 have acted similarly. Thank you for your efforts to improve the care for our veterans. The VA Scandal also affected Missouri, but not Massachusetts. There is a different culture in health care in Boston than in Kansas City or Jefferson City. One doesn't often find corrupt administrators at Harvard because the seek and develop a culture of academia that is consistent with the AMA Code of Ethics. Please consider the letter that I sent to you. Thank you kindly.
