The Big Picture - India's COVID Diplomacy

India’s Covid diplomacy at one of worst global crisis of recent decades is enabling Delhi to emerge as a responsible and reliable international power at a time when many established international actors have floundered. While neighboring countries are getting shipments of paracetamol and hydroxychloroquinine, the government has also removed exports of Covid-19 drugs to countries such as the US, Spain, Brazil, Bahrain, Germany and the United Kingdom under commercial agreements signed with Indian pharmaceutical companies. On this edition of the big picture we analyse India's Covid Diplomacy.

Lots of interesting points are made by the panelists today..Mr. Ambassador was talking about "the selflife of the goodwill is very short" and also i hope 5g technology will atleast solve the problem of interrupted video conferencing 😊

Brazilian President Bolsonaro Compared Modi’s act of sending HCQ to his country which is suffering ravages of Covid-19 as that of  Hanuman who brought Sanjivni to save life of Lord Ram’s brother Lakshman & to Jesus who healed those who were sick & restored the sight of Bartimeu. Bolsonaro said India will share blessings for the sake of all the people. President of US Donald Trump, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih of Maldives, Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu all thanked India. Thanks from Heads of States of countries with different religion-profiles takes India’s image as truly modern democratic state among comity of nations ready to provide timely help to others. President Solih even commented that a friend in need is a friend in deed. However, India’s efforts were severely down played & criticized by our  pseudo-secular politicians & our highly perverted media persons.
