Hi Tommy, I just wanted to let you know that I'm one of your almost 1/4 million subscribers who has gotten a great deal out of your videos. The practicality, the detail you go into, and the wealth of information on why you chose one method rather than another, all helps new woodworkers like me get a great start. I built houses but it's not the same things as making your own tools!

I've made your track saw guide (and drilled the view holes before running the saw through it). I've used JB Weld epoxy after watching your drill powered disc sander video, and bought plans and have everything ready to make a disc sander, and later a jig saw stand. I think your videos are top-notch, highly informative videos comparable (though different styles and types of info) to JSK Koubou and Paul Sellers for ways to approach a problem. I know life moves on and I watched two or three years of videos in a few months last year, but I'm looking way forward to your next. Hope life is treating you well! Take care.

I built a micro shop from Tommie's plans. Being a handyman and not needing a storage box, I added legs that folded under the microshop for loading the ms into my truck. Having seen several vids where the shop owners had more than one table saw, something I did not think I needed but upon leaving my MS set up in my shop I found I used it quite often for preset repeat cuts on projects. Additionally I added a scrap piece of hardwood to the lever on my rotary saw on the MS, now I don't have to get on my hands and knees to find the lock lever to adjust the blade heught. My PC circular saw switch bit the dust and no replacements were available so I direct wired the saw to the switch on the MS. LOTS less expensive than a good quality replacement saw.

I see this and just think how amazing this would be for a portable shop on locations. It houses everything you need and still does not take up a large amount of space so in the back of a van it would fit perfectly. And that makes this absolutely genius.

The simple design speaks to how clever it actually is. I really appreciate how good design just makes sense without being too fussy. Great work!

The box is a great idea and it looks good too. The method for storing and removing the MicroShop from it is very helpful. Thanks for sharing this.

Found this piece of gem while stumbling around craftsmanship tools. I am in no hurry to dive into any craft cus I'm broke and two months away from graduating high school, but damn.DAMN. This channel lit something in me. Saved a couple of videos 🤣 albeit, just wondering what happened to the uploads..

Thanks, Tommy. I bought your micro-shop plans and am very happy with results. Very well thought out. Could you add the plans for building a boat like your friends. I could build it to store your storage container!

Awesome, I bought the plans recently as I am renovating a house and requiring a all in one workshop would be more efficient than setting up all my tools. I think the box design is okay but not portable enough in design. Being able to compact it to fit it inside a trunk alongside the microshop would add some flexibility. Anyway great work Tommy! Looking forward to working on it soon.

One option to consider... A box with a hole on the side where a removeable lever can be used to hoist the entire contents up, and locks in place, while you place boards across it to form a platform.

Another idea is similar to a router lift, with 4 screw shafts in the corners, with a belt around all of the pulleys on the screw shafts. Have a hole on the side where a cordless screwdriver with a 1/4 or 3/8" socket adapter can fit through the hole and raise/lower it. There are T-nuts that go through the wood on each corner of the base of the saw.

You certainly thought it over thoroughly! I can't even find a suggestion :-) Well done!
