An Intro to Business Organisational Structure!! Let's Analyse Pixar HQ 🌞

Hello!! 🌻 It's Jade here today and I *finally* picked a topic from my many many interests! Today, following my Social Sciences assignment, we'll be doing a rapid fire intro to business organisational structure, specifically applying these ideas to Pixar! What sounds like a boring, formal aspect of a business actually defines so so much of how motivated people feel, a team's creativity etc! I hope you find it interesting 🥰

Who am I: I'm Jade. I'm 20. I go to a weird new style of higher education called Minerva. I just spent my first year of uni in San Francisco! In first year, we don't define our majors yet, so I studied Social Sciences (with aspects of business!), Computational Sciences, Natural Sciences (I loveeee biology!!) and Arts + Humanities (I love literature!!).
